Dave Neubauer
Principal and Associate
Dave Neubauer has over 25 years of experience developing and leading various asset and commodity platforms. He has served as President of the following entities: Tenaska Commodities, Tenaska NG Fuels, Chalkstone Capital, Chalkstone Consulting and Northern Natural Gas Company. He has also had commercial responsbilitiy for a variety of transactions including M&A, divestitures, domestic and international trading in ags and energy markets, greenfield pipeline and project development. Mr. Neubauer has also been responsible for start ups in the the biofuels and LNG markets.
Sue Neville
Associate
Sue Neville has more than twenty-five years of natural gas industry experience in management, project management, and leadership positions for major natural gas pipeline companies and drilling companies. The majority of her pipeline experience focused on storage, transportation, gathering, and producer services. Ms. Neville works with clients to evaluate and grow storage revenue and capacity, provide models to identify real-time storage spread opportunities, structure analytical tools for growth, and insure proper administrative structures and controls. She also provides due diligence services for expansions and acquisitions, new services, and rate case analysis. Ms. Neville has extensive experience as a Project Manager. She has managed projects and project teams through planning, executing, controlling and closing projects ensuring uniting stakeholder interests and facilitating communications with management.
Doug Lauver
Associate
Mr Lauver has over three decades of executive energy industry experience in power, natural gas storage, midstream and LNG. His most recent assignment was with Tenaska's private equity business unit where he served as Senior Vice President and Vice President – Development in Tenaska’s Natural Gas Fuels startup unit. He also served as President of one of Tenaska Capital Management’s portfolio companies. His experience includes M&A, greenfield and business development. Prior to Tenaska, Mr Lauver spent over ten years in the coal industry in several marketing and business development roles.
